Death Notifications (Deposit Accounts)

If an account holder has passed away, please provide the documentation listed below to the Banking Office.

Submission Options:

Please include all available account information, the full name of the deceased, and the following documentation:

  • Death Certificate – Proof of the individual’s passing

  • Letters Testamentary or Letters of Administration – Court documentation granting authority to act on behalf of the estate

  • Valid Identification – Verification of the notifier’s identity

  • Bank Account Information – The deceased’s full legal name, Social Security number, and account numbers

  • Additional Court Documents – Such as proof of death from the probate court, if applicable
