How long will it take for me to receive the funds back from the claims check?

Please ensure all required documents are fully complete and submitted with your claim.

We will review the claim within 5 business days of receipt.  After approval and processing, depending on the size of the claim settlement, the funds will be either sent all back to you or in installments based on the progress of the repairs. The funds are sent back via UPS delivery and you will be notified that the check is in transit.
