I received an insurance check made payable to me and Northpointe Bank. What is the process from here?

Northpointe Bank has a formal process in place to ensure prompt processing of your claim while also adhering to mortgage loan servicing regulations:

Contact us to advise of the insurance claim and request an affidavit
Complete the affidavit document
Obtain a contractor(s) estimate and schedule of repairs
Endorse the check
