I'm unable to set-up my External Accounts. Why?

External Transfers are currently available on consumer deposit accounts.  Ineligible accounts include Business, Trust, and Non Profit.  We are working to add compatibility with these other account types.  

If you're a consumer user and unable to set-up External Accounts, some tablet devices and versions of the Safari browser on Apple devices are not compatible.  Please use a different device to complete the setup process.
