My loan was transferred to/from Northpointe Bank and another servicing company last year. How will my tax reporting information work?

Each servicing company will mail a 1098 Form specific to the interest paid on the loan to that servicer. So if payments were made to two servicers during the calendar year, then two different 1098 forms will be sent for that loan, one from Northpointe Bank and one from the other servicer.
