What items are needed from me to process an insurance claim?

Items required prior to processing your insurance claim:

  • Detailed estimate of repair from your insurance company

  • Claim check, endorsed by you if the claim settlement is over $40,000.00.

  • Contractor(s) estimate and schedule of repairs

  • Affidavit of "Property Loss Release" (provided by Northpointe Bank)

Items required at the completion of your repairs:

  • Final contractor invoice

  • Signed lien waivers

  • Statement of client satisfaction (provided by Northpointe Bank)
