I have an escrow account with you and received a property tax bill from my local tax authority. What should I do with it?

Many tax authorities send a copy of the tax bill to the homeowner. Northpointe Bank receives your tax information electronically so the bill you received is not needed by us to pay your taxes. We recommend you keep the paper bill for your records.

If you are most comfortable forwarding that information to us please log into your Home App account and send us a copy securely via the Messages section of the portal.
