I want to payoff my mortgage. What do I need to do?

Customer requests for a payoff quote can be submitted from within the HOME Portal.  Login, select the loan for the payoff quote, and then choose the "Payoff Request" link.

3rd party requests for a payoff - such as from another lender, title companies, or closing attorneys - can be submitted online.  All payoff requests must include a borrower's authorization to release information.  Payoff quote turn-around is typically 2-3 business days but can run up to 7 business days depending on request volume.
