When will I receive information from Northpointe Bank on the transfer?
If your loan is being sold from Northpointe Bank to a new servicer, you will receive a "Goodbye Letter" at least 15 days prior to the servicing transfer date. This letter is sent via USPS mail and can also be viewed on the online portal. It includes the new servicer's name, contact information and your new loan number. Your new servicer will then mail a "Welcome Letter" no later than 15 days after the servicing transfer date.
If your loan is being sold to Northpointe Bank as your new servicer, you will receive a "Goodbye Letter" at least 15 days prior to the servicing transfer date from your current servicer. Northpointe Bank will then mail you a "Welcome Letter" no later than 15 days after the servicing transfer date.
