When will I receive my statement?
Deposit account statements are sent either electronically via email or USPS no later than the 5th business day of each month.
If you receive paper statements, please allow 5-7 days for mail delivery. To enroll in e-statements, click here to login to your account. Upon login, click on “Profile” in the top right-hand corner, then go to “Electronic Statements” to manage your preferences.
