Why did my loan payment change?
Your payment may have changed for several reasons including:
Interest rate change (only applies to adjustable rate loans)
Escrow shortage or overage
Construction loan advance
If the payment change is due to a rate adjustment or escrow shortage, we would have mailed you a notice of Escrow Analysis or Payment Change Advice prior to the change.
